132 & 136 Allan Street: Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications have been submitted to permit an 11 storey, 44 unit residential condominium building. The Official Plan Amendment proposes to increase the building height to 11 storeys whereas buildings are not to exceed 4 storeys in the Central Business District. The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes changes to the existing C3R zoning to increase the height of the building, permit reduced on-site parking standards, a reduced front yard setback and access from Randall Street.The subject lands are located on the southwest corner of Randall and Allan Streets.
